SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We hope you are pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging. For your convenience, FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURNS only applies to continental U.S. orders.Processing of the Orders and Shipments

Step 1: Visit eastonfootwear.com and login to your account under â€˜My Accountâ€™ at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Click on the link for View Previous Orders on the Account Menu.
Step 3: Click on the corresponding Order Number for the return.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Returns section and click on request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 5: Fill out the requested information and click 'continue'. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be automatically provided to you. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to complete your return. Exchange Instructions Follow steps 1 through 5 of the Return Instructions above, and then proceed to the following step:
Step 6: After you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, click Exchange Order to choose the product you wish to receive for the exchange. You have up to 60 days to complete the exchange.
Please Note: If the return package of the original merchandise is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, your credit card will be charged or a bill will be issued. Products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging.

How to Prepare the Return Package
Shipping your Return Package
Simply leave your return package in your mailbox, give it to your postman or mail it at any USPS location.
You can also drop your return off at any FedEx Authorized Service Center that accepts ground shipments.
Note: Please allow 7-10 business days transit for your return to arrive and to be processed at our Distribution Center.
